Aneros Maximus Trident Review 2021 – Stuck in the Middle!

Aneros Maximus Trident

The Aneros Maximus Trident is a mid-range prostate massager released by Aneros. It is a member of the Trident line of ABS plastic prostate massagers.

In my opinion, it is a fantastic choice that justifies its price range very well.

My Full Aneros Maximus Trident Review

I took the Maximus Trident out for a test run a few nights ago. I have to tell you that I had my doubts about this one, but I can confidently say that it far exceeded my expectations.

To be succinct, let’s just say that you get what you pay for. Now, let me share my thoughts about the Maximus Trident.

Maximus Trident Body

See It

The Maximus Trident has a very unique shape when you compare it with other Aneros prostate massagers. For starters, this one has a thicker width than others.

As you move down the stem, you will notice a bigger curve, and the body thickens out again.

It’s this little curve that you have to pay attention to. At first glance, it seems pretty simple, but it really shows that Aneros has done its research about the anus when factoring in the design.

Let me give you some facts about anal pleasure:

  • Every man experiences anal pleasure in a different way
  • The feeling of “fullness” can be greatly enhanced when you try a prostate massager like the Aneros Maximus Trident
  • It shouldn’t hurt after a few minutes at all

The shape also lends itself in an excellent fashion to offer maximum stimulation to the prostate. It’s important to understand that the prostate does not have that many sensory receptors as for example, a woman’s G-spot.

Therefore, you need a prostate massager that is able to really find and stimulate the limited number of receptors inside the P-spot.

The reason why this is such an excellent massager is because the head rests firmly against my prostate. As I move, the Maximus Trident applies pressure, and this gets me really aroused.

I love its shape.

Material – The Only Time I’d Allow Plastic in My Body

Maximus Trident Materials

See It

Okay, I have already said it a million times before probably, but the Aneros Trident line uses some of the best form of ABS plastic that I have seen on prostate massagers.

The Aneros Maximus Trident feels great to the touch, and better yet, this material makes it so easy to clean afterwards.

Now, I know some people are used to putting a condom on the prostate massager before trying it out. And I’m all for safer sex, but I tried this out myself, and I don’t like it. So no condom for me.

When you properly lube it up, this thing literally slides inwards.

It’s insane; I don’t have to make any effort at all. It’s like Aneros made this for my ass! It is important to know that the rectum is not straight; it’s curved like a tall S.

When you look at the shape of the Maximus Trident, you will get a better idea just why it fits so well.

Presentation – Embrace The Excellence

Maximus Trident Box

See It

I’ve always had a soft spot for Aneros prostate massagers, mainly because Aneros really goes all out on the packaging and presentation. With the Maximus Trident, I can’t complain either.

The Maximus Trident, like others of the Trident line, comes in a white and black box with a red outline.

On the back, you’ll find the following:

  • Dimensions of the Maximus Trident
  • Details about the Trident line
  • Salient features

On the inside, you have the classic black box with the molded cardboard that houses the Maximus Trident. I have unboxed many Aneros prostate massagers, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of their packaging style.

P & K Tabs – Not Great, Not TerribleMaximus Trident Tabs

See It

Now, let’s talk business. The perineum and the kundalini tabs on the Maximus Trident were supposed to be great, like they are on many other Aneros prostate massagers.

Unfortunately, I hate them.

I try to be as objective as I can in my reviews, and while there are some prostate massagers who have excellent P & K tabs (check my Helix Syn Trident review), this one just doesn’t cut it.

First off, these arms are stiff. I mean, I get that it’s plastic, but these arms shouldn’t be this firm. The perineum stimulation is great, but these arms are so tight that I have to keep a pillow underneath to keep things going.

Otherwise, it just affects the natural motion of the prostate in general. Another issue is that they are pointed; they are not designed to give any pleasure in my opinion.

In fact, these arms just keep jabbing in my behind, and this just disrupts my momentum every time I am about to get going. It’s one of the reasons why I never could have a good time with the Maximus Trident, as I did with the Helix Syn Trident or even the MGX Syn Trident

My Journaled Experience – Stuck in the Middle with You!

I’m pretty sure when Stealers Wheel penned this classic, they didn’t think that the song would be used to describe a prostate massager. Unfortunately, this is just the phrase that comes to mind when I talk about the Maximus Trident.

I tried this one night when I was especially horny. I have a big TV right in front of my bed, and I had already turned on the porn and was just lubing it using the Sensations lube by Aneros.

It took me about three minutes to prepare the toy, and then I laid back to put it in. As I’ve mentioned before, I was really surprised at the ease with which it went inside of me. I haven’t said this enough, but it just goes in so well.

I had my knees in the air, and I continued on with the porn while slowly moving my kegel muscles. It took a bit of time, but I could eventually feel the Maximus moving inside of me.

It took about 15 minutes for my experience to shift into second gear, and I was really getting into it.

And then, I felt a sharp nudge.

It was the stupid tabs on the Maximus Trident that were digging into my skin. I tried to switch my position; I moved to one side in order to see if that worked, but alas, nothing did.

Before I knew it, my focus had shifted from the pleasure inside my prostate to the sharp nudges every time the Maximus hit my bottom. It just didn’t last long.

I finished my wank solo (without any prostate play) and snuggled in bed right after. Many people like to persist even if they are feeling pain, but you should know that for your first few times, it would be a terrible idea.

When you wake up in the morning tomorrow, you will have a really sore bottom.

Here are three important things to know when you want to give yourself some anal pleasure:

  1. Relax your mind
  2. Start taking deep breaths
  3. You have to utterly relax the body.

As your sphincter relaxes, you will find it so much easier to just let go and enjoy the sensations.

As I’ve mentioned, with the Maximus Trident, I came nowhere near to a prostate orgasm.

In fact, I even had half a mind to trim off the arms, because this thing feels SO GOOD inside. It’s those arms that are a deal-breaker for me.

Aneros Maximus Trident vs. the Rest – What’s the Difference?

Now, let’s compare the Aneros Maximus Trident with some of the other massagers in the Aneros range.

  • Aneros Maximus Trident vs Eupho Trident

Length: The Maximus Trident is 3.5 in, and is 0.5 in smaller than the Eupho Trident.

Shape: Oh, no doubts there. The Maximus Trident is better.

Width: The tip width of the Maximus Trident is greater than the Eupho Trident by 0.2 inches.

  • Aneros Maximus Trident vs. Helix Syn Trident

Material: The Maximus Trident is made from ABS plastic, whereas the Helix Syn Trident uses medical-grade silicone.

Length: The Helix Syn Trident is 4 inch compared to the 3.5 in of the Maximus Trident.

Price: The Helix Syn Trident is $69.95 and the Maximus Trident is only $55.

  • Aneros Maximus Trident vs. Eupho Syn Trident

Head: The Maximus Trident has a slightly thicker head than the Eupho Syn Trident.

Length: The Eupho Syn Trident is 4.2 inches, almost 0.7 inches longer than the Maximus Trident.

Price: The Syn Trident costs $69.95 and is more expensive.

Should I Buy the Maximus Trident?

If you can get around those protruding arms and do something about them, yes you should. However, at the end of the day, you should know that there are better options available for the same price, like the Helix Trident or the Eupho Trident.
