The Aneros Peridise is an unusual toy, and when you look at the other prostate massagers in Aneros’ line, you can see why.
Aneros makes some of the best prostate massagers in the market but calling the Peridise a prostate massager would be inaccurate. It’s actually a unisex PC muscle exerciser.
You will find quite a few kegel exercisers in the market, but this is perhaps the first unisex exerciser that I’ve seen. So, here are my impressions of the Peridise.

- Harder erections

My Full Aneros Peridise Review
When we talk about exercising PC muscles, we mostly always focus on women. However, working the PC muscles is also beneficial for men; it improves bowel and urinary control, and also offers greater control over ejaculation.
I was intrigued by this product, and I really wanted to give it a shot. Here’s what I think about it.
Design – Anal Anchors
The Peridise is available in sets of either two or four. I ordered a set of two (one for me and another for my girlfriend). However, my review will also be applicable for the set of four, since that just includes a couple more of varying sizes.
Each of the Peridise toys have a length of around four inches. The insertable length varies between 3.5 and 3.8 inches. However, the width differs amongst the models.
There are three bulbous protrusions on each of these devices, with the largest at the top. The size decreases all the way to the bottom.
I have to say, this is one of the smoothest looking toys I have held in my hand. I have used other ABS plastic toys from Aneros, but this one just takes the cake. Even if you have never played around with a butt toy, you’ll be able to use it with ease.
The design is quite simple; there are no tabs on the Peridise on either side, just an anchor of sorts at the base that prevents it from getting too deep inside. Pretty functional, I’d say.
What Is It Used For?
Now, I know a lot of you are confused about the purpose of this product. The core purpose of the Peridise is to stimulate the peristaltic reflex within the sphincter. What does this mean?
Simply put, it’s the contracting reaction of your anus when you insert something inside it. It’s actually how the Peridise gets its name: “peristaltic” and “paradise” put together results in Peridise.
The design of the product is such that when you insert the tip in your anus, the rest of it should automatically be pulled in. And, sure enough, it actually does go in with ease.
The Peridise is available in two sets: beginner and advanced. Most would think that the beginner set would be of a smaller size, but it’s actually the opposite.
The concept is simple: the more control you have over your PC muscles, the smaller objects you can insert with ease.
How to Exercise Your Kegel Muscles with the Peridise
The length of the Peridise toys is just perfect. They easily fit inside the cheeks, and the handles prevent them from getting too deep or causing abrasion.
They can easily be worn for extended periods of time without a problem. Because they are a bit small, I have faced issues with the toys becoming a bit loose from time to time.
However, pushing them back in isn’t a problem. Or, you could use your PC muscles to just pull the toys in.
While the Peridise does come with detailed instructions, here are some simple things that you should know about how to use this exerciser.
Insert the toy inside gently, and let it find its place. Once the Peridise is firmly fixed, you can use your PC muscles to pull it in. You will notice your sphincter muscles convulse and relax as you do.
This will cause the Peridise to move around your rectal area. It’ll send a massaging sensation from your anal ring, which is loaded with nerve receptors. It tightens your muscles, and it feels fantastic.
Exercise Never Felt So Good.
What’s in the Box?
The set I bought contained two neatly packed Peridise exercisers, along with a detailed set of instructions as well. In classic Aneros fashion, the company has taken a very minimalistic approach to the packaging.
It’s the same red and black hues that you might have seen on the Progasm or the DeVice, but on the front, you will find the number of Peridise toys contained inside. I bought the 2 set, so mine had two depicted on it.
Open up the box, and here’s what you get:
- Set of Peridise toys
- A set of instructions
- Molded cardboard box for storage
While the instruction set seems detailed, I found that it’s not as helpful as one might think. Having a certain amount of experience with anal toys, I have journaled my experience for you guys to go through and decide whether it’s worth the outlay or not.
My Journaled Experience – A Marriage of Form and Function
As I have mentioned above, the Peridise is originally designed for improving the strength of your PC muscles. However, this little plastic stick can do a lot more, as I realized.
First of all, you should know that the company markets it as a unisex anal toy. You have to insert it in, and wait for the push and pull response of your anus.
As the rectum tries to eject it, the second knob works to send it back in, thus triggering your peristaltic response. I have to say, wearing it and moving about was a lot of fun.
I went on a shopping trip while wearing the Peridise, and I still get horny thinking about just how fun that trip was. The smaller knob doesn’t cause any issues while sitting either, making it quite easy to move around.
It’s just so convenient.
But, those are just secondary benefits. I bought this pair for my partner and I. We have been toying with anal massagers and toys for a while now, and this one invoked a sense of adventure inside me.
We decided to use it one night in bed, and it was a fantastic experience. Let me break it down from my point of view, and then my partner’s.
The anal sensations provided by the Peridise are fantastic.
As a somewhat experienced guy in the world of prostate toys, this one is so different. It’s not designed to give you prostate massages, but it really enhances your ordinary orgasms.
The peristaltic contractions while my partner jumped up and down on my cock were so hard to control! You won’t get a prostate orgasm from this. I prefer to call them “whole body orgasms.”
The orgasm is gentler and you will be more in tune with your senses. Think of it as a warm hug.
For my partner, this thing was a wild ride. She loves using anal toys when she’s really horny, and this thing brought out her wild side. She went for the bigger size, because she said it made her feel “fuller.”
It may seem like a small inanimate stick, but the Peridise is going to make you feel things that you never thought you could feel. Let me summarize our points:
- The orgasms are stronger
- Your body will become more sensitive
- The sex is just mind-blowing with the Peridise
