Aneros Progasm Review – Discover The Arms of Love

Aneros Progasm

The Progasm is a pretty intense, and pretty large prostate massager by Aneros. In fact, I’d wager and say this is one of the thickset and largest prostate massagers I’ve used, and I’ve used quite a few.

The Progasm was first introduced in 2007, and since then has undergone quite a few changes. I reviewed the one currently available on the Aneros website, and I have a few thoughts to share.

My Full Aneros Progasm Review

By now, I can easily say that I have a bit of experience with using prostate massagers. I know where my prostate is, and I know what kind of prostate massager I need to make things rise.

I have tried a bunch of toys, but I’m always looking for something more. The Aneros Progasm has been on my list for quite some time, and I finally went ahead and got it. Let’s get into the review.

Box and Packaging – Fiery Element

Aneros Progasm Box

See It

Let me just go out on a limb and say that the Aneros Progasm has one of the best-looking boxes I have ever seen for any prostate massager.

Almost all of the Aneros prostate massagers have the same retail box design aesthetic, with a wave in the front and details at the back, along with a picture of the Progasm. What I really love about the Progasm is the fiery red hues and the black contrast.

It just looks so good.

I think this is one of the few prostate massagers that I actually feel good about keeping them back in their cases. Every time I pick it up, I feel a bit of joy in my eyes.

I don’t have any qualms in saying that this is the best-designed prostate massager box that I have seen. Of course, I’m biased a bit because I love the fire red color!

If you wanted a premium product for yourself and wanted every part of it to literally ooze quality, this is the one. Aneros couldn’t possible have packed it in a better way.

Shape and Size – Stuffed to the Max

Aneros Progasm Body

Let me say this: the Progasm is big. It is 4.5 inches in length, and 1.25 inches wide. This makes it one of the biggest prostate toys that I have used, and as you will read in my review, there is a bit of struggle.

I mean, this bad boy is just massive, and the pictures won’t do it justice. You won’t exactly figure out just how big it is until you hold it in your hand and compare it with other Aneros massagers. Here are my thoughts off the top of my head:

  • It’s a bigger version of the Helix Syn Trident
  • Oh, it’s heavy!
  • Those tabs look like small bulbs on either side

The fact that this thing has been around since 2007 and Aneros is showing no signs of stopping production really tells me that Aneros is doing something right. It’s actually why I bought it.

Why do people like fat things up their arse so much? Being a sex nerd, I really couldn’t wait to get my freak on with this baby.

The Tabs – The Arms of Love

Aneros Progasm Tabs

One look at the Aneros Progasm is enough to figure out that the tabs on this are slightly different when compared with others on Aneros’ prostate massager line.

The wider body of the massager means that the tabs are able to reach areas that would not be possible with the standard Aneros prostate massagers. And oh boy, does this do the trick!

The Kundalini tab is designed to stimulate the area just beneath your tailbone, known as the root chakra. And, it does a fantastic job of doing so.

I have to admit, I didn’t pay much attention to the tabs on most of Aneros’ prostate massagers, because they only just complement the entire experience.

With the Progasm, I can’t imagine not having the tabs on the massager. I have read that Aneros added these only recently, and I really can’t tell you just how big of a difference they make.

With a big prostate massager, you need those arms.

Variety – Take Your Pick

Aneros Progasm Colors

The Progasm is available in four variants:

  • Progasm Classic
  • Progasm Ice
  • Progasm Red Ice
  • Progasm Black Ice

The Classic is available in black, the Ice has a glass-like finish but it still has the plastic feel.

Finally, the Red Ice is all about looks. It’s similar to the black model, but it is bright red. Don’t worry about the shape; they all have a similar design aesthetic.

For the $59.99 price point, you can’t expect a better-looking and better-feeling prostate massager. The fact that Aneros gives you this much choice is literally the cherry on top.

I went with the Classic variant, though I have heard great things about the Ice too. Though, as much as I know myself, I’m pretty sure that I’m going to have all four in my collection.

The build quality is insane and I have already talked about the plaudits of the ABS plastic. Let me just say this, if you are a big guy and have been in search of the Super O, think of this as your ticket straight to the Super O Land!

My Journaled Experience – Big is Better!

Aneros Progasm Angled

Let me just get this right off the bat: the Progasm is absolutely not a prostate massager designed for beginners. I hadn’t feel this excited about receiving a prostate massager or holding one in my hand until I received the Progasm.

It is just a delight to look at.

The dark, polished black and the embossing at the bottom just shows how thoughtful the company has been with their design. Now, I knew that I was going to have a hard time putting this big boy inside, and so will you. So, here’s what you should do.

Massage your sphincter muscles.

Remember, your experience with a prostate massager could be a lot of fun, or it could be fraught with pain. It all depends on the approach you take.

I decided to gently rub lube on my sphincter and massage it as best as I could. I had some porn going on my TV screen, so it was a lot of fun for me to just play around with my sphincter.

I would add pressure on and off and let the muscles completely relax on their own. Once I knew it was completely relaxed, it was the moment of truth.

The hard plastic, when properly lubed, just made the Aneros Progasm enter my anus so easily. However, because of the size, I had to take it in very slowly. Let’s just say it’s extremely filling.

Once it was inside, I was absolutely chuffed. Beads of sweat were rolling down my temple, and I knew that this was going to be a fun ride. Nothing had made me sweat like this.

Now, let me go ahead and say this: I love Aneros for the amount of effort they put into the design of their prostate massagers. Despite the fact that it’s obscenely large, the shape means that I never felt any discomfort.

I slowly began to use my stomach muscles in order to move the device around, and the shape of the toy really began to press against my prostate.

It didn’t take long before my eyes were closed, I was stroking my cock, and letting the waves of pleasure completely take over me, with the sounds from the porn filtering through my ears.

This was one of the most intense prostate orgasms I have had.

The first night was wonderful, but you should know that it doesn’t always work. There are going to be times when this won’t work. A few pointers:

  • The Progasm won’t do well if worn during sex
  • The orgasms are quite prolonged; you’ll be spent afterwards
  • Give it time; don’t try to be too quick with it.

Aneros Progasm vs. the Rest – How Does it Stack Up?

I compared the Aneros Progasm with other massagers in the Aneros line. Here’s how it stacks up:

  • Aneros Progasm vs. The Helix Syn Trident

Length: The Helix Syn Trident is 4 inches, the Progasm is 4.5 inches!

Price: The Helix Syn Trident costs $10 more than the Progasm at $69.95.

Tabs: The Helix Syn Trident has great tabs, but I love the ones on the Progasm!

  • Aneros Progasm vs. The Eupho Syn Trident:

Length: The Progasm is bigger by 0.5 inches, and it really makes a difference.

Material: The Eupho Syn Trident is medical-grade silicone, whereas the Progasm is still made from ABS plastic.

Width: No questions there; the Progasm is wider than the Eupho Syn Trident.

  • Aneros Progasm vs. The MGX Syn Trident

Shape: The Progasm closely resembles the Helix Syn Trident in size. The MGX Syn does not have a heavily contoured body.

Stimulation: The MGX Syn Trident is shorter and does not offer the same level of stimulation as the Progasm.

Width: The Progasm is definitely wider than the MGX Syn Trident.

Should You Buy the Aneros Progasm?

If you are a big man and really want that extra “oomph,” this should be a no-brainer. Yes, you should get the Progasm. If you have a normal build and just want a good experience, this is another great purchase. Yes, get it!
